Weresharks added as a rare unit choice

Well I did it and I'm fairly happy that the new unit will provide some much needed "punch" to the Nautican army.

There's a special Wereshark frenzy rule which is derived from the normal frenzy rule but with a unique difference. In a nutshell, the weresharks become stronger the more damage they do to the enemy.

I also modified Zharc to allow him to lead a unit of weresharks that then get to benefit from his stubborn attribute.

The weresharks have a drawback because I didn't want to make them a "no-brainer" automatic choice. If you take weresharks then the Manta Ray unit becomes a rare choice rather than a special choice - weresharks enjoy dining on Manta Rays :)
